Second option
If he doesn't play Bxd1 and capture our knight with pawn we only take the bishop at h4 with fatty queen and we have one more pawn. If he capture with knight, he will also attack our bishop on c4 but we just take his bishop and when he eat our with knight we have a fork on b5 and we again have one more pawn.
