JPS_new Major Announcement

It was on Friday morning when the newly crowned NTP No.1, JPS_new, announced his departure from the Non-Titled Player Chess League.

"Hey guys, I’m sorry to inform you that I’m going to have to leave the league. My life has become too busy as of now and I’m not sure I’m be able to take on more things again. I am very, very sorry and I hope you understand." - JPS_new before leaving

This was a major shock to the league. Not only was JPS the No.1 player in the league, but he was also the most helpful and experienced staff member of the NTP League. JPS_new will be missed by the league.

But what's in store for the league now? 

Predictions from various players are mostly rooting for the newcomers, such as AlexJMR or fmmisic to take the No.1 spot. JPS_new's departure will no doubt see a drift from league dominance to back-and-forth champions.
