Marvel Studios: News After The CinemaCon | The Marvel Journal

Hello everyone and welcome to The Marvel Journal! The Marvel Journal is my brand-new blog series where I talk about Marvel news, theories, projects, and more! In todays blog I will be talking about Kevin Feige ( The President of Marvel Studios ) and what he talked about at the 2024 CinemaCon.

If I'm gonna be completely honest, I had no idea that there was a such thing called a "CinemaCon", but apparently it's this really big thing where a bunch of famous people come up and talk about movies and Kevin Feige just happened to be one of those famous people.

So sit back, relax, and enjoy the first episode of The Marvel Journal.

The first movie Kevin talked about was the Fantastic 4. He didn't really say much, all he really did was announce the cast, which we already pretty much knew:

• Vanessa Kirby as Susan Storm
• Joseph Quinn as Johnny Storm
• Pedro Pascal as Mr. Fantastic
• Ebon Moss-Bachrach as The Thing

I have not seen the original Fantastic 4 movies but I will... soon. 😂

The second movie he talked about was Thunderbolts. This one I'm probably most excited for out of the others but I'm very confused why there is an asterisk ( * ) at the end. In the video, Kevin said that the reason for the punctuation mark is very important, but it will remain top secret until the movie comes out but the movie doesn't come out for another YEAR on May 5th. 💩 COMMENT BELOW WHAT YOU THINK IT MEANS!

The third movie Kevin talked about was Captain America: Brave New World. He kinda yapped then showed a clip from it but due to copyright claims, I couldn't see it but I heard that it showed Harrison Ford talking to Sam Wilson about bringing back the Avengers. ( Harrison Ford will play Thaddeus Ross ) Kevin announced that this film will be a political thriller, like Captain America: The Winter Soldier so that could be very good if executed well.

I am very excited to see what else Marvel has in store!
