How this world be making me feel

People on tiktok making me feel like an idiot because these people just don't know what red + blue makes (purple) 

Their was a comment on a video of a police car being outside of a window and someone said that the police lights don't make purple (if you're smart you'll see why their wrong) and I told them they failed basic colors or well didn't learn them.

THEN SOME RANDOM DEFENDED THIS GUY AND SAID AND I QUOTE "the color doesn't magically turn purple"
