Beating my Puzzle Rush Record (Survival)

Today I decided to beat my puzzle rush survival record. Prior to this attempt, I had reached the giddy heights of 38. In this blog I wanted to show some of the interesting puzzles (and solutions) during my attempt:

Puzzle 11 (Rated 704)

Puzzle 15 (Rated 868)

I was able to breeze through the first 24 puzzles relatively comfortably. However, puzzle 25 managed to catch me out. What looked like an easy puzzle at first, had a deceptive sting in it's tail.
Puzzle 25 (Rated 1374)

Despite this minor set-back I was able to calm myself down and blitz through the next few puzzles including this tricky one:
Puzzle 32 (Rated 1703)
I then unfortunately had to then solve an extremely difficult Henri Rinck Study... Not easy!
Puzzle 34 (Rated 1800)

Disaster soon followed though. Suddenly I was forced to try and solve a difficult Rook+Bishop versus Rook ending. I thought this was Puzzle Rush, not Dvoretsky's endgame manual! Needless to say I was not successful...
Puzzle 37 (Rated 1992)

But luck was on my side! The next puzzle was a simple mate in 2 rated 2000+ ELO!
Puzzle 38 (Rated 2049)
I was able to surpass my 38 puzzle record! For a moment I felt invincible! However, all things must come to an end, and I met my demise with this extremely difficult kingside siege:
Puzzle 46 (Rated 2420)
After over an hour of puzzling I was able to beat my record of 38 and get a score of 43! Maybe one day I will reach 50, but till then thank you for reading and I hope you enjoyed solving these puzzles as much as I did!
