want to get sure checkmate every time you play? i used to think that you just TRY to get checkmate, but then my dad(he was in the top 250 in america for the young leagues) told me not to just TRY to get checkmate, but to force checkmate, even if it meant losing my queen,

that's how you get checkmate, you scheme your opponent in to checkmate, now that's how you checkmate, but the scheming part is up to you,
