Hey there! I’m a 1600-rated chess player who’s been on a bit of a rollercoaster journey with the game. I first touched the board back in primary school, but it wasn’t until high school—and, yes, The Queen’s Gambit hype—that I seriously got back into it. Since then, it’s been three years of blitz battles, brilliant blunders, and the occasional masterpiece that makes me feel like a grandmaster (until the next game starts, anyway).

Despite my love for chaos on the board (blitz is my favorite time control), I’ve never dipped below 500—so I like to think there’s a method to the madness. Chess isn’t the only thing I’m into, though. I also play guitar and create lo-fi content on YouTube, so you might catch the occasional crossover between pawns and playlists here.
