e4, d4, Nf3, or c4
Many, many people have been asking me about which is the best for myself and the people who are asking me.

e4 is for generally attacking players
d4 is for tactical players
Nf3 is for defensive/positional players
c4 is for attacking/positional players

My personal preferecnce is c4 because I am a positional and attacking player. c4 lets me have complete control over the d4 square with my c3 Knight and my fianchetto light-squared bishop. I have my own made up and well-studied variation that is instead of d3 and the knight on f3; I have e3 and my knight on e2...
I generally run into positions like this where my dark-squared bishop is not active but once I achieve Rb1 and b4 my bishop goes to b2. Or I push d4 and my bishops is placed on d2.
This is why I beleive c4 is the best move for myself. If you have any questions please leave them in the comments below or email me(In Chess.com). And as always... stay cool
