Welcome back friends to this Chess Memoirs blog. This week we will be delving into multiple facets of the game that I've been studying in the past month. Bullet, Rapid and long-tenuous end-game are on the menu. Here is my current "Carré D'As", the Top 4 fun games of the month (or so I think at this precise moment). I've got to get some analysis going.  This is the 1st time since I've started playing on Chess.com that I'm really revisiting my games.

819ELO VS 845ELO Bullet - Mat in 23 in the center

We will start with this game here in which the King of the Solids gets into the battle field way too early and pays the price for it : see annotations for more!

853ELO VS 1034ELO Rapid - Mat in 75, with peculiar endgame 14 pawn war!

The 2nd game will be a war of the trenches that sees all the pieces succumb leaving each King with an army of pawns to keep their campaigns going. This is a battle for the center, King of the Hill time! Grudge match, who will come out on top?

Mostly, the question that arises is : How did we get to that end game with the late middle-game being a 7 pawn vs 7 pawn war? Well, let's dig into the annotations!

839ELO vs 597ELO, Rapid - Mate in 18

The third game is a 10 minutes Rapid one where the Queen takes upon herself to get the opposing Monarch to abdicate. Flanked by Bishops and knights, with some stalemate development by the black side, she goes for a breach and #PROFIT happens!

Here again I felt that the challenge was right on point, and the work made it even more satisfying, the annotations are just poetic licence. Please oblige with me as I get carried away by the epic duel.

884ELO VS 106ELO Bullet Mate in 17

The fourth and last matchup we will cover this week is a Bullet duel that was over almost before it started. The Pawn structure will solidify and eastern flank attack that sees the castle walls torn apart and invaded by the cavalry.

There were many moments where this could be faltering but in these 4 examples this past week my studies have fructified. I've been able to muster enough cold blood to get throug the stress when it counted. Ever had such good runs after cramming sessions? Have you ever went through adversity and learned from studies you were actively working on? Be back next time when we get into some games that left a sour taste: close defeats and draws!

The incessant superfluous verbal diatribes of a living being from Earth, put to text... This might not be pertinent in the least, but read on if you are curious.
