Presentation of the series :
So I might not be funny to some, but I surely am not being cynical. Most definitively no antagonistic intentions. These blogs will never be naming any player, teamates, teams, opponents, etc.! This is just a place on this blog of mine on Chess.com where I'll be sharing jokes about chess and moves during games, about MEMEs or media referencing chess.

This first edition : An existential question! Are we thinking through every single moves and developments during a game of chess, or are we just going with the flow of an idea without considering every single other option? Is it normal in your opinion to think through multiple moves before acting upon an idea when it's your turn to handle a piece?

Is it a shame to be a nerd who enjoys reading and sharing about the various opportunities each moves and counter-moves offer? Does it feel forced, nerdy, needy even? Attention seeking? [In a Borat accent :] Is tiresome? Or is it in fact a bad idea to just launch yourself into a wall of text for nothing? Could it be bashing and trolling prone?

Are we getting to the point where it's not even fun to get down into the long games that could be if one little weird move was made instead of the obvious one everyones agrees upon?

Am I getting through to you - dear deaf audience reading those lines -  the point of thinking about every pieces's move during a game as a way to bring people together in a team during "Vote Chess" format?

You are welcome to comment and refute,
just be respectful friends and readers!

The incessant superfluous verbal diatribes of a living being from Earth, put to text... This might not be pertinent in the least, but read on if you are curious.
