2 problems for the fans :)

1st is from a blitz game, I Think that It,s easy -

The second one is a really Unique problem. Pls, before to begin, look the position cerefully. As you can see, the whites is almost dead...almost     Try to find the solution.  Want to say, that a solution in position like this could happened one on million games!
