How is this even possible!!!?

This channel has unbelievable videos on youtube. He payed someone on chess.com and he showed some readiculas illegal moves for example the following-

He had just promoted to a KING! 

How are the kings touching each other. 

Some other things he did was castled when his king moved and that too with a Knight ♞. He even moved the king outside the chess board. If you don't believe me go to the channel and watch the videos yourself. Once his opponent captured 3 peices together with a singel  Knight ♞. When I saw this my eyes just poped out of my head. I have never ever seen anything like that in chess.com and my entire life.  By the way why is his  and his opponent's elo rating drastically different at different times bro. And WHY is his opponent always the same.
