Here's a great japanese director Akira Kurosawa  playing chess with his daughter. The structure of his best films (Red Beard, Rashomon, Ikiru, Seven Samurai, High and Low, Throne of Blood)  is similar to a game of chess. An architecture of thoughts and images come in a form of  different openings, complicated, often bloody middle and  endgames that are leaving  viewers breathless. Even though there are winners  and losers, sometimes one can't tell who is who. Like in real life, it's up to You to decide.
