The time of unknown

You wake up in a dark dark place not knowing what to expect, You find a small blinking light but it dissipates almost instantly though you see a mirage of blinking lights all around you then everything brightens, You remember you are a Elite cosmonaut that was sent by the US government only to get betrayed by your own people, now you are here. You look at what appears to be a control panel and you look at all the things on it.
