Here I am going to share the results of Vision training. 

"Become a better chess player by training your brain to see the chessboard."

  • Most chess courses and exercises use the algebraic notation extensively.
  • It makes it easier to talk to your chess friends, since you both understand the "language of chess".
  • You can analyze a game more effectively if you can quickly recognize coordinates."

Visualization and calculation plays a major role in chess. These are the skills that separates the masters from the amateurs.
When Alekhine was asked "How many moves do you see ahead?" his answer was "Just one move deeper than my opponent!".
