My Chess.com Theme, Board & Background Setup (and how you can do it too)

Hi! This is the guide to my setup, and I hope you like it!

First of all, I would like to clarify that this blog is written by ME and NOT ChatGPT...

STEP 1 →
So first you have to hover over the gear icon on the bottom left of the screen, then click on "All Settings"



However, this step differs if you're on the older version of chess.com, where you have to click the gear icon on the top right of the screen and click on "Boards & Pieces". The rest of the steps are the same on both versions.

STEP 2 →
 Click on your desired board or the "first board of the second row".

STEP 3 →
Then click on "Pieces", and now again you may choose your desired piece set or the first set in the third row. You may choose the background here or wait till the end for my background (:


STEP 4 →
 If you're opting for a custom background... then we will click on "Interface" and scroll down.


STEP 5 →
 On scrolling down, you will find this custom background section. If you want to upload any image as your background (or my background), then click on upload and upload your selected image.

BONUS →
This is my background image, and to download this, you can right-click on this image and click on "Save Image As..." and save it in your desired folder.
