Chess on the Beach 2012 US VI

Woke up this morning, smiled at the rising sun, won my first game last night, and I'm walking on the beach, singing sweet songs, pure and true, this is as good as it get get gets.
The Caribbean isle of St Croix is the site of my 2012 edition of 'Chess on the beach'. And unlike last years trip to Barbados when my performance ...well "stunk" This time I have started off on the good foot; I dont believe that anything that follows hereafter can cloud the sunshine.
My first Round-robin tournament, the U.S Virgin Islands Invitational FIDE Tournament is 9 rounds of chess over 5 days. I must thank the US VI Chess Federation, profusely, for inviting me to their 1st Annual International Tournament.
1st round opponent, a pretty teen WFM from Puerta Rico, is rated 70 points above me. But it was age before beauty in this case
