Damned If You Do, Damned If You Don't

In this game my opening was pretty weak and I started to lose.  There is nothing worse than being on the receiving end of some serious blows.  Fortunately, the tables turned however, I'm trying to figure out if I turned them or if my opponent blundered.  I'd appreciate some insight.  Thanks.
