Hittin' F7.

I have been studying this early attack and I am becoming more and more successful with it.  There are certain board formations that don't let this attack work or that require more development.  Does this even have a name?  It's very risky but that's how I play.  Black went into patzer mode and then abandoned the game.  I wonder how abandoning the game would work OTB?  Isn't that like an opponent just getting up and leaving?
