Live Chess is Becoming Frustrating

I've been a member here for quite awhile and for the most part love it but something is seriously wrong with this site!  First, it was an issue with creating blogs and now it's Live Chess and SERIOUS STICKING ISSUES!!!  I've tried to refresh and hit escape!  You're probably wondering why don't you tell chess.com?  I would, I have but they still have yet to reply to my last inquiry about blogs!  It goes without saying that you shouldn't have to hit refresh or Ctrl+Alt+Delete to play a game of chess.  I'm done playing for today.
