Chess.com is not keeping it's "No-pop-ups" promise.

I recieve pop-ups from scottsmoneyblog.com and quizrocket.com very often at Chess.com. I thought they promised no pop-ups. They are very annoying and they circumvent my pop-up blocker (in all browsers). I don't know what's happening, but I am outraged and discontented. This has got to stop.
