This is a trap that black can play against the common queens gambit, it does not happen often, but it is a nice tool for your toolbox that can be pulled. The main reason that the king cant take the pawn is that black would win the queen, even though black does latter in the trap. But i said there are 2 brilliant moves in this. Yes there is! do you know which moves they are? Think before moving on... 

They are the two moves dxe3 and Qe3+

But what about the end where the king can move to h4 instead of f5? Well if the king moves to h4 you can play g5#

And that is beating the queens gambit with 2 brilliant moves!
