The 100 boards team match challenge

Hello everyone! Thanks for being on this modest blog page and for reading this. I wasn't planning on making any post about Promote to King before its two months anniversary next week but life is full of surprises! A club twenty times bigger than P2K, the mighty United Chess Nations of @Kyu13, is taking P2K seriously and sent a challenge for a 100 vs 100 players team match, starting in a week. I have no doubt UCN can align 100 players that would be better than the single best player of P2K, and it doesn't matter really. Matches can be balanced before they start. What can I say? Of course we accepted.

To be honest, the UCN has been an inspiration about what a successful and lively chess club can be, and its owner, probably without knowing it, made me understand the need to build a community of friends and followers somewhere around last summer. Without them I wouldn't be writing this here and now, therefore: thanks a lot @Kyu13!
