Yesterday was the 63rd National School Team Chess Championship, the first time hosted since the lockdown period. Me and my team achieved first place in North Zone for Secondary Open U14!
The results are available at http://chess-results.com/tnr670953.aspx?lan=1 and in this post let me share with you what we played. The games are available to analyse at https://www.chess.com/library/collections/nst-2022-1UeudCVL
Round 1 4:0

The pairing was released 1 day before the tournament, and I managed to somehow find my opponent's username and find out what they play. Based on my searching my opponent was most likely @Kushi2009 which I defeated after blundering some pieces, with some amazing moves. Unfortunately, I did not record the moves for the first round because I did not take the recording sheet (recording was not compulsory). This is the position that I remembered.

So we reached the endgame and I managed to win a rook here.

I set up a mating net something like this (I cannot remember). It was a win for the 4 of us in the team and we got a score of 4:0, which meant we will face a strong opponent next round, and we did.
Round 2 1:3

Round 2 was an incredible game requiring high levels of calculation. Move 17 was a critical position. I failed to see this line, can you find the best move that I should have played?

Here is the game, I stopped recording at the end because I was completely losing.

Round 3: 4:0

My opponent was absent due to getting Covid so I won by timeout. My team got 4:0. I just watch my teammates play lol. Here is the full game.

Round 4: A close match
We won with 2 wins and 2 draws, and I got a draw. Here is the game.

I actually had a winning chance in the endgame, but I missed it unfortunately, and my opponent then played well to maintain the draw. Can you solve the puzzle to let me win?

However I played the wrong move and white got a draw, try to see if you can do it for white to maintain draw.

This is what he did. There are a few alternatives, of course.
Round 5: Insane brilliancy
I MISSED MATE

Try to find the mate I missed! I saw it after I played the wrong move

Strange checkmate, huh?
Or did I forget to record the moves for 1 turn? surprise

Last round Im not gonna say anything see the game yourself, bad game.
