Most players know the value of a Knight on g5 when attacking the kingside.  The powerful Knight attacks f7 and h7!  But do you know the value of a Knight on g6?  Here are some great examples of a Knight on g6 aiding in Checkmate.

Here is a diagram of two variations of Mate using a Knight on g6 protected by a pawn supporting a Rook delivering mate:
