There are about 4 wing pawn openings. The English, the Bird, the Sicilian Defense, and the Dutch defense. You can see all the Openings below.
The first one shown was the English, the second was the Bird, the third was the Sicilian Defense and the fourth was the Dutch Defense. Grandmasters use the Sicilian but for more casual players it's not advised as it's so complex. The Dutch Defense is rare and might surprise your opponents. The Bird and English too are seldom. They're pretty much reverse Sicilian and reverse Dutch. In the example below you can see a game with the English opening.
The main goal of the English and Sicilian is to control d4/d5. The main goal of the Bird and Dutch is to control e4/e5.
