Warning when about to lose on time?

I just lost another game on time.  This is what drives me nuts about chess.com.  I have lost a TON of my games on chess.com on time. 

 This recent game, there was no 8 hour warning that the game was about up on time.  On top of that, 8 hours was never enough warning for me anyways.  For a 3 day time limit, why can't I get a warning when there is 24 hours left?  Arrrrggg.
