Should chess be played anywhere

Now I have heard people say that chess is one of those games you can play anywhere.Well,they are totally wrong.See,chess need to be played in a civilize place.When you play chess your full attention should only be on the chess board.When you play chess you should play it in a clean and quiet place.When I started playing chess.I use to play with the radio on and be talking and joking with my friends and family.As I got more experienced I learned that those thing take my concentration off the game.So when you play chess be careful where you play.
