Daily Games and Vacation

All premium members enjoy auto timeout protection, meaning that their vacation will automatically enabled if they are at risk of losing any of their games on time.

This is a feature that is abused by some members. I had a person start a daily game with me  about a month and half ago and has gone on vacation 3 time already. 3 times he hasn't been able to make a move with in the 7 days yet he is playing games. This is a feature that should be disabled if you are consistently going over the 7 day limit to make a move.

I looked at their daily games and they have played 15 games of which they have won 7, Of the 7 wins 6 of the wins are on time. This person clearly is abusing this feature. 

Update - The games were started September 12 2023 as of January 16th 2024 we have played 16 moves at this point it is comical 

Update - February 21 2024 we have now played 19 moves. Why do I think this person is abusing the system. My last update was January 16th we had played 16 moves since that time they have logged in 7 times and we have only played 3 moves and they played rapid games but not made daily moves. Leaving our daily game on vacation while playing rapid games in my opinion is abuse. Why start a game you have no intention of playing only to play other games.

Feb, 1, 15, 20,21 and on the 22 they offered a draw on one of the two games but didn't make a move on either game. While also playing rapid games but still haven't made a move on their daily game

This is one feature that chess.com should correct. If you are on vacation you shouldn't be playing other time controls.
