Puzzles not registering

So I did a daily puzzle and the website for what ever reason didn't register that I completed the puzzle.

Now I get that it is easy to miss a daily puzzle and that would normally just be what one would say.  However this particularly one was a very memorable puzzle. It wasn't because of the difficulty I will admit we didn't complete it correctly, what made it so memorable? It was one that I did with the younger ones. Getting to sit down and do a puzzle together is not something that happens often in fact this was the one and only time I have been able to do it.  Though hopefully I will get them to do it again at some point in the future.

So for it to have been missed is kind of upsetting. That said we have connectivity issues and poor internet in our area as they are currently laying new lines so there could be any number of reasons why. But this isn't the first issues I've had with the puzzles. Earlier the puzzles weren't showing as counted though they were still being scored the progress bar just wasn't filling up so perhaps it was something like that as well.

When I attempted to bring this issue up to the company I found that it was nearly impossible to articulate what my complaint was. The online robot was of little use and when it finally said it was going to connect me to a live person it just sent some online form where I was told I would hear back in a short time. This form that was sent was one where I was not able to articulate what my concern was so not sure where it would have gone.

When I initially signed up for the Diamond membership, my primary motivation was to enjoy the daily puzzles. While the analysis and game review features are nice, they haven't been particularly impactful for me at my current skill level. Given the recent problems with the puzzles and the lackluster customer service experience, I’ve thinking about canceling my membership for and redirect the funds to a different site. Hopefully, the platform will address these issues in the future and make the experience more seamless for its users in the future.
