I will say that while I do not have a great theoretical understanding of the Caro Kann the course I bought has been a huge help with giving me an idea on how to play against e4 

I am unfortunately not great in the middle or end game but I have an idea on how to make the first few moves if my opponent plays into the lines I remember from the course. The last chess.com game evaluation pretty much sums it up perfectly.
