6 Mikhail Botvinik A very strong player in his time Botvinik Became the 6th world champion After winning the 1948 World chess championship a tournament determined to see the world chess champion after Alekhines Death Botvinik had many nice positional wins here is one nice one

7 Vassily Symslov Vasilly Smyslov Was a very strong player he was the first person who could defeat Botvinik In a match even though Botvinik Regained the title Symslov Has the best games of positional understanding This is a very nice game over the d5 outpost 

8 Mikhail Tal Tal was a very strong player he was the champion from 1960-1961 He was the second player to defeat botvinik in a match Though he smoked Drank Thats why he died too early and lost many games Catastrophing from smoking Here is his best game 

9 Tigran Petrosian Tigran Petrosian was a player who knew slow games slow attacks and all but his positional understanding is to the highest level he was champion for 6 years 1963-1969 Here is his best game 

10 Boris Spassky Spassky was the person who defeated petrosian after losing the First match Like botvinik though spassky is a attacker he has so many nice attacking games He was world chess champion from 1969 - 1972
