Why don't parents stop pressurizing children

I have seen many parents around me that pressurize their children if the loose against their colleague's / friend's Kids. Which makes the children always loose because they are scared that their parents will scold them so they can't concentrate in their matches and loose hope when they loose a single peice. So please parents don't scold your children and be okay if they loose their matchs. Chess requires a lot of skill, tactics and effort.
