Ju Wenjun World Champion

FIDE just went too far with this. Ignoring a World Championship match that it supposed to be the pinnacle of all that is chess is atrocious. Yet they did it. Gens una sumus? I don't think so.

They are just so worried about securing their positions for and after the elections in September so that they don't care even if the world ended.

And it is such a pity since the match was a very exciting one.

Ju Wenjun was the better player and she won perhaps because she "didn't believe in psychology". She lost two games by blundering badly, she won three by outplaying her opponent. The good moves won the match.

I analyse her best game in which she crushed Tan in the Catalan.
