1 minute live chess (quick)

Hello readers...

I am a very young chess player and want to know if 1 minute live chess (quick) are helpful to improve my game or not ... its a very lucrative concept but checkmates are rare and 70% of the times players win on time ... also evry1 has certain type of stratergy in 1 minute chess which rarely change ...common openings ...common developments..common exchanges ... what is your opinion abt this 1 minute concept? are they really helpful ?
