Chess In General At The Moment!

Tilts in online chess are so annoying! Recently I have been tilting and slowly but surely getting back up. So here's what I'm up to currently in online chess!

Bullet Tilt

I don't know why but I don't exactly mind losing a few rating points playing bullet. It's just a gut instinct, but it will always stay there. 

I was rated 1063 in bullet once upon a time(just earlier this month lol) and I seemed to suddenly shot down to 940 in a few games. So yes, that is the story, but with a few occasional bullet games I have worked my way back up to 975. #Roadto1100? Nah, let's stick to 1000 first, then we aim big .

3 Check Tilt

It all just happened suddenly. My addiction for 3 check really started back in June 2021, when I somehow managed to scrape 3rd place in the public 1I0 3 Check Arena and 3 check just became my go-to chess game. Somehow, I managed to climb from 600 3 check to 1000 3 check in no time with opening studies. When I reached 1300 3 check, I began playing against my good 3 check friend @PV2Cool who was around the same rating as me. While you're at it, check out their blog!

Bullet Recovery

Bullet recovery was slow but quick at the same time. I went up and down, currently at 975(subject to change at anytime!! ). Let's hope we get back to 1000 by the end of October.

Leagues

Now for all of you non-BETA users-leagues will be completely random to you; but don't worry, leagues will soon be released sitewide shortly. 

In simple words, you earn points in your assigned league-there's a hierarchy:

I've managed to come to Bronze, sadly league progress will be reset once released site-wide.

3 Check Live Update!

Uggh, I was writing this blog 10 minutes before my daily 3 check tournament at 18:40 local time and was writing between rounds as well. I've undone nearly 0.8 of my tilt and am back at nearly full strength ! #3CHECK1250!

I hope this blog was entertaining slightly, and a nice blog exploring how I tilted by nearly 120 in 3 check and 60 in bullet! Tilts come and go! Let's hope the next one doesn't happen after I hit 3 check 1350 . Leave a comment below if you enjoy my blogs/this post!
