- Structured learning: Guided lessons, Puzzle Rush, and themed bots — though many of them you must pay for.
- Ranking systems: Leagues and badges
- Variants: Also offers unique modes like Atomic, Horde, and Crazyhouse.
CONS:
Lichess.org
- Fewer structures lessons: It does have learning materials, but not that structured and encouraged like Chess.com
- Mistakes in Cheating: Many people report more cheaters on Liches than in Chess.com since the criteria for cheating is more wide in Lichess.
Chess.com
- Paywalls: To access all the good, main, and important features, and remove ads and distractions, you must pay.
- Too much: Chess.com has so many features that it sometimes makes it confusing. Chess.com lags more than Lichess.
