Tactic beats 1800+

The club's back up and already I have another milestone there.  I played a game with a nice guy named Jim.  Before the game, people just told me he was good.  After the game, it was revealed to me that Jim is rated well over 1800!

This game was played out of the Smith-Morra Gambit against the Sicilian Defense.  In case you are unfamiliar, the Smith-Morra is a sharp line that avoids main line Sicilians.  It's not popular at GM level, but below that I've found it to be a deadly weapon.  I only remember this game up to the point in which it was basically over, I had won 2 pawns and the Exchange, and Jim was only grunting it out to see if I blundered.  The tactic that wins this game is a nice one, so always look out for these.

I got quite lucky here with e6.  Hopefully you can find these tactics.  Hope this helped, good luck!
