Was a bit tired last night and played carelessly I was lucky to come away from these games at net 0 for the night.  I learned some important lessons.

1 - it is really easy to rush when you think you are in theory but this is really bad, of course if you KNOW you are in theory then it is probably OK to go a bit more quickly but when you just think you are in theory then it is certainly not OK

2 - playing halfhearted chess is not really worth it, this is a game where you need to really give it your full attention or you lose.
