aborted by server

I have just had 5 games aborted by server,not me the server. Then it comes up with I have to wait 5 minutes because i'm not adhering to fair playing policy. I haven't done anything,the server aborted and i'm been punished. This is ridiculous and shows a problem with the system. Punish the guilty not the innocent
