I researched investments and came to some conclusions.
There are safe, moderate or high risk investments.
With safe investments, you can lend money to a bank. This investment is called a CDB and the bank promises to pay you much more, but it can take 1 or 2 months to receive it and the money is guaranteed by the bank's insurance. I don't trust it and I have my reasons.
The second option is Tesouro Direto, which has several titles, but for those who are starting out, the best ones are Tesouro Selic (Selic is an index from the Central Bank of Brazil that predicts how much inflation will be) and Tesouro IPCA+, which is inflation. Both Selic and IPCA have one more fee, a small one, but there is... and these are the best options for safe investments. The National Treasury protects your money and experts say it is the safest investment here in Brazil.

If you have 9000 USD to invest, you can also buy 3000 USD of Euro and 3000 USD of Pounds Sterling (England's currency), because even if things go wrong, it will hardly be in all 3.
In the case of Tesouro Direto, you are lending money to the Federal Government and I also advise you to leave, for example, 5000 of the 9000 in Tesouro IPCA and 4000 USD in Tesouro SELIC. IT IS NEVER GOOD TO TRUST IN A SINGLE INVESTMENT, A BASIC RULE FOR THOSE WHO ARE BEGINNING TO INVEST.
