Changes in the UCC Showdown Event Rules!

We're slightly changing the format of our UCC Showdown Event!

1. Now, there will be three Arenas(same time control and duration) for Asia, Europe, North and South America! 

You can participate in one Arena each Week. Participating in two or more Arenas will lead to disqualification(points deduction). 

People will earn rating points, using the formula mentioned in our Official Rating: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1N8hIZ2cHx8hK6ceE33AvE_dRuFJCVTee5eO3mt5QqPA/edit?usp=sharing  It's recommended to check it, so you know how to earn maximum points in a single event. 

Here we have the first difference with the previous version of the UCC Showdown Event rules. The first 32 Players(BY RATING!!) will stay in Leg 1, while everyone else will be demoted to Leg 2. Everything else will happen, using this pattern(according to the Rules). 

Here's the schedule:

Friday, 10 am UTC. Asia Arena. Time control: 3+0. Duration: 1 hour. 

Saturday, 3 pm UTC. Europe Arena. Time control: 3+0. Duration: 1 hour.

Sunday, 7 pm UTC OR 2 am UTC(I'm still not sure about this). North&South America Arena. Time control: 3+0. Duration: 1 hour.

2. Clubs Rating!

Clubs can earn Rating Points, too! Here, the "Players in the Arena" Bonus replaces the Leg Bonus! 1 Player=1 bonus point. Bring more participants!

3. No additional clubs - everything will happen in one place!

Just be careful and pay attention to the Arenas names - everything will be fine! To make your life easier, I will make a forum with the usernames of all Players and their Legs. Use the Ctrl+F command to find your name there! Leg 1, Leg 2, and Leg 3 Arenas will start at the same time. You can find links to Arenas on our main page(in the Upcoming Events section)

I suggest you not worry about all this organization stuff and concentrate on playing in our Arenas! Don't forget to invite more clubs, using the "Challenge Additional Clubs" button! Have fun!
