Road to 300 ELO 

To reach this elo,you should follow these steps

1. Stay focused on the game and don't do anything other than playing it 
2. Don't play right after eating 
3. Don't play before going to bed
4. You can learn 1 opening for black and 1 for white. This is not mandatory but if you want to get better you can follow this step  ( you can learn openings like scholar's mate for white and maybe some defensive openings for black like hippo opening which is a meme opening but for most people at your level it is pretty good ) 
5. Learn how to properly move the pieces 
6. Learn some tactics 
7. Learn where to put the pieces
