Caro-kann Fantasy variation

hello again! i just finished a game with the caro-kann fantasy variation. here is the game.

the goal of this opening is to castle long and launch your pieces. as you saw in that game black is stuck with a bad knight and bishop. it is a very good opening as a surprise line. my opponent sat for 30 seconds after the 3rd move. then he was completely lost after i got his dark squared bishop off the board then it was a simple matter of launching my pawns. so this is mainly a blitz line but GMs play it occasionally in classical. here is one of the candidates Ian Nepomniachtchi's games with it as white.
