Chess is one of the absolute best way to stimulate your brain for problem solving. I love playing chess since the age of 7 where I learnt it from my grandfather and father. They are considered the best in my neighbourhood after having played it for decades. One of the
most important tips I learnt from them is that you have to be consistent. Ideally you want to play everyday as you are building a skill. Playing chess is like perfecting a skill.
