I'm an avid fan of the King's Gambit; however, I know many higher rated players do not approve of it, yet I could care less what people say or think. You always have to find a game style that tailors to your comfort. The King's Gambit is a very awkward opening for class C/D players to approach; If I can at least throw players off their thinking, then it's serving me well, win, lose, or draw. So this is not really a pure Muzio gambit; however, was similar, and I played utilizing the same concept in a random game played on chess.com...
Even though, I may have not made any sound choices; here are some things that happend in the game:
-I gave my opponent false hope of an advantage...
-I Caused confusion...
-I Capitalized on my opponent's mistakes...
-I Maintained the Tempo...
-I saw and Forced a checkmate in the end...
