After Round 6, here are the standings for the Women's U.S. Chess Championship.

Maggie Feng seemed to have decent chances, but managed to let them slip away as WIM Yu managed to continue to apply pressure. While some may argue that Yu is just getting lucky, she clearly has the skill to back it up and is putting herself in an optimal position to get luck. *Disclaimer: I'm rooting for Jennifer Yu.
If you had to ask yourself what the most perfect game would look like in competition... you're probably looking at it right now. While neither player made an open declaration of all-out-war, they both poked for weaknesses through the fortress and converted into a drawn endgame.
Good luck to Jennifer, as well as every other participant in the U.S. Championship!
P.S. Sorry it's 1 AM and I don't have the brain power at the moment to fully process these as much as I'd like.
