Fastest check mate ever?

What is the fastest check mate ever? (As in seconds) I know theres a 3 move and a fools check mate but i'm on about seconds. In my last 1 minute bullet game I just got a 9 second check mate, so was wondering is it up there with the all time fastest check mates.
