Report BUTTON for violators?

Playing on chess.com is great but can be very long winded, when your owning a player and they decide to prolong your victory by letting the timer go to the end. There should be a REPORT button under players profile account, next to send message etc & if enough people had the same problem with the same player then chess.com could get involed and remove them from playing here.... i'm no longer a paying member, maybe if I saw this change I might.
