(This post is part of a series on The Beginner's Game, an opening system by Pafu. It is written by Christopher Huff.)

A series of posts will follow containing two featured games played by the inventor of the system, including Pafu's own commentary (in "quotation marks") and plenty of my own. In each game the color cited plays the Beginner's Game.

Game #7. White.

White forces exchanges against an aggressive black opening, and his position in the pawn endgame earns him the win.

Game #8. Black.
Black plays the Beginner's Game against a hypermodern setup. This game illustrates the variety of openings against which this system can be effective (albeit tiresome!).
